Private company, not a UK government body. Partner programme with commission, lifetime attribution and two tracks: affiliate or B2B.
Apostilla UK is a private documentation-support company, not ACRO, DBS or a UK government body. We do not issue certificates or apostilles on behalf of the state; we help clients prepare and process document packages. Official legalisation guidance is available on gov.uk. The partner programme below is a commercial offer from a private company, and the commission is paid out of our own service fee.
If you run a community, a blog, an HR desk or a consultancy and people keep asking you where to get documents sorted, this programme turns those questions into income. You send a client, we do the work.
Who the programme is for
There are two tracks, and the difference is mostly about volume and support. The affiliate track fits anyone with an audience: a relocation chat admin, an IT recruiter helping newcomers, a blogger writing about life abroad. You share a link, and orders that come through it are credited to you.
The B2B track is for companies whose clients regularly need document services: immigration consultants, relocation agencies, translation bureaus, notary offices. Here you get a named account manager and a formal contract.
How it works: 4 steps
-
Register through the form. Fill in your partner type, company (if applicable), name and contact details. We review the application and confirm your track.
-
Get your referral link. Each link carries a cookie, so a client who clicks and orders is attributed to you, even if they return later through a search engine.
-
Share it with your audience. A post in a chat, a line in a newsletter, a clause in your client onboarding. The link does the tracking.
-
Receive payouts. Commission accrues after each completed order and is paid out on the agreed schedule, with statements you can check against your own records.
What B2B partners get on top
Volume changes the relationship. A B2B partner signs a contract, which makes the cooperation predictable for accounting and procurement. A dedicated account manager handles questions, status updates and edge cases, so you do not chase information yourself. A monthly statement lists every order and every accrual in one document.
Become a partner
The application form asks for four things: partner type, company name (for B2B), your name and a contact for the reply. Everything else can be discussed after we confirm the track. There is no exclusivity clause, you can keep working with other providers if you wish.
One honest caveat to close on: we are a private company supporting clients with document preparation, and our reputation depends on how we treat both clients and partners. The lifetime attribution and the B2B support package are written into the partner terms, so what you read here is what you get.
